Sauteed Broccoli - Simple and Delicious side dish
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves - sliced
- 1 TBS freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup water
- 2 Brazil nuts - grated
- Heat a large wok or a pan over medium-high heat, add the oil and the broccoli florets.
- Saute (fry and mix occasionally) for about 3 minutes so the florets get a little brown side.
- Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds, until you can smell its fragrance.
- Mix the water, lemon juice and salt and add to the pan.
- Saute for about 3-5 more minutes until most of the water has been evaporated.
- Grate some Brazil nuts and serve.
